Shipping is available to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channnel Islands, Irish Republic
Products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical address and phone number must be provided for all orders.
£4.95 – UK Mainland (economy service)
£7.95 – UK Mainland (next day service – goods ordered by 12.00 noon)
£18.00 – Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (economy service)

Orders £40.00 and over to UK Mainland will be shipped FREE of charge.
Orders £60.00 and over to Offshore Destinations will be shipped FREE of charge.
We aim to ship goods within one to two business days via a suitable Courier service. If the item is out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you via email. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are out of our control.
We use assorted courier providers. Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You should expect to receive your order within 1-4 days from date of dispatch.
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall 2Protect liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim. If we are unable to replace or repair the faulty item, we will issue you with a refund. Goods damaged on arrival must be reported to 2Protect immediately. No goods will be accepted for return or credit unless prior approval has been received from your 2Protect Customer Service Representative.
Incorrect products supplied
A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. 2Protect will cover all courier costs.

Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened, complete with undamaged retail packaging. Products cannot be returned if opened. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of replacement goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return.
